The NACAs, which play a pivotal role in recognizing and celebrating the artistic talents and cultural heritage of Eswatini, are poised to benefit immensely from this timely financial boost.
His Excellency General Hissein’s donation not only alleviates the financial constraints often faced by such events but also reinforces a shared commitment to cultural promotion and women’s empowerment.

These values resonate deeply with the mission of the Eswatini National Arts and Culture Council in Eswatini.
During the presentation, virtually, General Hissein articulated his enthusiasm for fostering cultural ties between Burkina Faso and Eswatini.
He proclaimed, “This is the beginning of more collaboration with Eswatini in promoting Arts and Culture.” His words reflect a vision of stronger ties between the two nations, emphasizing the importance of cultural exchange.
The NACAs, under the diligent leadership of CEO Stanely Dlamini, are already looking ahead to establish a cultural exchange program with Burkina Faso.
This initiative aims to explore further opportunities for collaboration, allowing artists and cultural practitioners from both countries to engage, learn, and grow together. The anticipation surrounding this partnership underscores the potential for rich cultural exchanges that can benefit both nations.
Expressing gratitude for the donation, Stanely Dlamini highlighted the significance of this relationship, which was first initiated in April. He remarked, “Seeing this collaboration come to fruition is incredibly encouraging.”
