Nhlangano, Eswatini – In a significant development for the town of Nhlangano, the Southern Country Club and the Nhlangano Golf Course are set to undergo a major transformation with a whopping E200 million investment.
The project, identified as Tender No. NHLANGANO/WKS/006/2020-2021, has been awarded to Style Form Construction (Pty) Ltd through a Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract with the Nhlangano Town Council.
The official contract, awarded on 10th May 2022, marks a pivotal moment for the community of Nhlangano as it signals the beginning of a new chapter for two of its key recreational facilities.
The decision to entrust Style Form Construction (Pty) Ltd with this crucial task was the culmination of an extensive evaluation process conducted by the Nhlangano Town Council in close collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.

Former Legislator Lutfo Dlamini, who serves as the Project Coordinator, revealed that among numerous proposals, Style Form Construction (Pty) Ltd stood out for its innovative and comprehensive approach to revitalizing these important community assets.
The company’s detailed plans for modernizing the Southern Country Club and the Nhlangano Golf Course impressed the evaluators and paved the way for this transformative project.\According to the Project Co-ordinator, the company now is giving local investors first preference.
The upgrade of the Nhlangano Country Club and Golf Course is expected to not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of these facilities but also improve the overall functionality and experience for visitors.
